Too long to set up and install

Unfortunately it took too long to install It weeks between the initial agreement and the surveyor coming round It was the another month before installation to be then told there was a blocked duct This was obviously not G network s fault but if it was identified during the surveyor phase weeks could have been saved As it stands I would not recommend G Network to a new tenant in the area

Good broadband Unprofessional customer Service

The quality of the broadband has been great so far Unfortunately the customer service has been very weak We are now 6 weeks waiting for delivery of our wifi beacons We ve called multiple times and every time there s either been promises of delivery or promises of a call back - with nothing ever materializing

Installation download speed disappointment

No warning by installation engineer of need to reset TV system for streaming so we were totally unaware of the need to do so until we tried to stream much later Installation engineer though polite and amiable just plugged in the router and left Very disappointing Furthermore downloading emails etc is slower than it used to be with PlusNet Not impressed

Not worth it

Terrible support and account management I moved out made a request to cancel back in January and received a confirmation 3 months later they are still sending me invoices I had to cancel the direct debit as response time is terrible Broadband quality was ok through cable but the wifi is no good Definitely not worth it

Appalling customer service and complaints procedure

the internet service itself is great but god help you if something goes wrong I have been a customer for 3 years and in January the service went tits up It was eventually resolved but at the time they talked me into a new 2 year agreement and I had the fixed IP address removed from my account THREE MONTHS later and I m still being billed the wrong amounts Customer Services escalated the matter to the complaints team who are totally unresponsive I m completely baffled how they can be so utterly ineffective with a simple contract change

All talk no action

I changed tariff back in February However 3 invoices and several long phone calls later I am still being overcharged I have it in writing that the issue would be resolved by April invoice but 13 days later I have again received an invoice for the higher amount I am seriously fed up now

Poor

Decided to opt for G Net fibre optic broadband after recently moving into a new flat Having installed G Net the signal is extremely poor It s worse than on my EE phone which is patchy at best in this part of London I called the customer services team and they said they will get a technician person to call me back 24 hours later nobody has called

Poor customer service despite good installation service

-- Update --- It s my 4th day with G Network and I am very disappointed with their customer service I have been calling them everyday and I was promised call-backs which I never received I had signed up for One Touch Switch which I did not get and now I have to pay for 30 days extra to my old broadband provider so whatever savings I was hoping to get from G Network have been wiped out in month one and I m left with a service provider whose customer service is ill-equipped and doesn t uphold their promises ------Luis Was very professional to install the new fibre broadband in my house Very sensitive to neighbours and left the house very clean as well A very amiable person

Nice speed but not customer-friendly

Nice speed stable internet only 1 short outage in a year However for new clients they offer 36 m and I am paying 37 and they don t make a discount And also make sure you create an online account not via sales otherwise you ll not have a personal account on the web site

Sign up offer is bogus

Sign up offer is bogus I got a recommendation from a current client We were both supposed to receive an Amazon voucher worth 50 after 3 months if we both remained clients After 3 months I contacted them when I hadn t received the voucher The customer service person told me it was 6 months I later contacted them via email or their website and attached a copy of the offer showing it was 3 months I have called a few times The last time I got someone who sounded competent and caring who said he would look into it It has been more than a month I called again today and they said they would get someone to call me Here s an indication of a technology companies technology The call taker took down my name and phone number never asked for an account number which would have told her my name and how to spell it as well as my phone number I have little faith anything will be done
