Awful experience after switching to G

Awful experience after switching to G Network from Virgin this week We no longer get any WiFi signal at all in large parts of our house which wasn t an issue with previous Virgin service despite routers being in exact same location Contacted G Network immediately after installation to notify of this issue only to get a response two days later that effectively amounted to deal with it yourself For reference I am in an area of north London where G Network meant to offer great service THIS IS NOT THE CASE

Laughably bad

Since joining G Network I have only been appalled by the service and incompetence I currently have a complaint going through as I was billed over 3000 for a month s internet bill rather than 31 I have of course spent much time dealing with my bank and G Network to resolve the matter I have been assured I was hear back by the end of the working day however have failed to hear The amount of time I have spent dealing with this is ridiculous DO NOT USE unless you want your bank account abused and credit affected

Our internet fails regularly

Our internet fails usually 3 - 10 times a week Once again we have just been off line for 15 minutes and have lost many calls G Network show no interest in resolving the problem All we get are generic emails saying service has been restored and they are closing the case The problem is its case after case after case The phone number advertised is useless It disconnects after following the choices and waiting Our email requests don t get answered and it seems impossible to speak with anyone There is no interest shown by G network in solving our problems which have been ongoing for at least 6 months We are of course a captive of the poor choice of fibre internet in London G Network were keen to sign us up and the installation team were great However G Network customer service is rubbish

1 G speed is download with 900MBps but it is only 34MBps

I order a G-net work high speed broadband 1 G speed ad said download speed 900 MBps in fact only 34 MBps my 1G speed change to 433MBps model further notified me two or four engineers would came to installation but only one came and take wrong drill should wood drill but using wall drill after half work the engineer gone one hour late another engineer came without ladder and using my chair damaged by sealant after instaltion he took a another phone scanned my QR code that the phone any time can join my net work that risk sacurity of network

G-network lock my admin acc and password

G-net work staff came here help to login admin acc then change my password hereafter I cannot login my acc to change network pass words I connet customer service and technical support to get my correct pass- word not noe response to me this behave breach data protection this is very bed that provider staff want to control customer password so as to hack and allow other entry my network

imposible to get service

I was trying to get this service from G network and I phoned customer services up only to be told that as they need permission from the free holders which i represent them it would take over a year to get there service insane you response tells me to do what i did

I haven t even opened an account yet and I find responses not forthcoming or slow I m not sure anyone there is managing and coordinating this company

Awful experience trying to cancel due

Awful experience trying to cancel due to a move Contract clearly states can cancel after 3 months but they tried to charge for a full year on cancellation and there is nothing in the contract that mentions this Update somehow managed to reply here but never call me back or update me by email on the pending matter

Completely useless

Completely useless Promised an installation date engineer said he needed to talk to the office about it 10 days later nothing5 phone calls and 2 emails no response Now Sky have cancelled my contract and I have no broadband

Awful service

Where to start It took over a month from the supposed start date to get someone to actually install the connection Then despite promising to follow previous lines into the property they drilled new holes and followed a completely different route in which has annoyed the entire building and will not respond to us to change the route Now the internet has gone down and again it s impossible to get someone with any power to arrange a fix I waited at home over the weekend having been told someone would arrive which they didn t Then I was told someone would be dispatched today which they haven t been and there s no one except the poor customer service team who can t do anything If you have any other option definitely do not go with G Network
