Aaron came on the day I rang customer services He swiftly located the problem and sorted out the faulty cable and the router I was his last customer but he still stayed to sort out our broadband extension device going way beyond his duties He was courteous and very helpful Very grateful and very impressed with the service

Alex came to install a new router and boosters to us in NW1 and was very friendly and efficient and stayed longer to ensure the signal was fine everywhere Great customer service

Professional from start to finish

All the people in the process have been professional and personable The initial phone follow up contact after I had flirted with the website then a month or two later when I completed the simple registration The booking process the engineer install and now the broadband I even had notice from my outgoings provider The connection from the outside box to the router is done with a nearly invisible cable Hard to see where it tracks by the cornice and along the skirting
