A complex setup saved by a good engineer

A slightly complex setup saved by the engineer The actual Installation was smooth and on time but the rated speed appeared much lower than we d expected The engineer a chap called Shamaro was extremely patient and diligent testing and retesting everything and replaced the kit until he found the issue and fixed it on the spot I appreciate that he kept at it because now we have smooth fast internet

Cesar is the best Could not have been in better hands Dedicated to the work from early morning till late evening and dealt with all the challenges of the job sup professionally We were in a build up of a complex office project and interacted with all the other teams professionally and with extra patience We could not have asked for anything better

Andrew connected the cable with care taking full account of our wishes for the location of the router and clearly explained the set-up steps - we were pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable and stress-free the experience was A solid five stars Thank you Andrew Our interactions with central admin were also painless they arranged the installation at short notice and kept us up-to-date-on progress

An excellent experience

Luis was very professional He was friendly communicated well and very helpful He suggested a number of different way of doing the install and worked out the best that worked for me and went beyond in the help and advice he gave me for the last stretch within the house He gave me a very positive first impression of the company and also has a killer blue beard
