I m getting 90 times faster internet

I m getting 90 times faster internet than BT But it s not only the internet speed that makes G Network great 1 Shamiro spent time making sure the installation was well hidden you can barely see the cable and was very kind and easy to talk to2 Gemma did a fantastic job of working with my landlord to get approval to install fibre this was not as easy as it sounded - my landlord was not open for installing high speed internet despite all 6 residents in the building asking for it

Great so far

The team at G Network has been incredibly supportive and patient in getting our building connected and the installation process itself could not have been smoother Customer support has been outstanding thus far as well Special thanks to Ricky Vitalis for his great work on the installation

Review of installation

This review is for the installation which only happened today so can t yet comment on anything else But so far so good The installation engineer Wael Seedeen was excellent He took care to advise me on the best installation and did a great efficient job of getting it done Extremely courteous and very tidy in his work Cheers Wael

Mark was great professional punctual polite and very efficient and answered all my questions Very smooth installation and I couldn t ask for anything better A very good customer experience all around

Great customer service and efficient installation

I had my apartment connected to G Network s fibre optic soon after they passed my building Mark the engineer who set everything up was extremely efficient respectful and very knowledgeable He explained the installation process in detail and we had our new internet connection working well soon after Thank you Mark and really recommend G Network

Fazle was great - very helpful and quick in helping me to fix my Beacon problems

Excellent service

My internet went down on a weekend Kaval swiftly came out on a Sunday morning to sort it out He calmly and methodically checked and fixed all connection weak points He worked his way from my flat to the basement to even the connection point outside the building Very impressed how professional he resolved all issues
