Awful service from call centre much better on Facebook
Awful service items obviously lost by the courier ordered mid October 5 phone calls later and lot of waiting still not resolved on 9th November they don t bother returning calls as promised and don t seem to want to refund replace Update 13 11 23 1 Month after order The shopDisney team on Facebook seemed a lot more professional and understanding than their call centre They offered a full refund replacement on the 12 11 23 and the refund appeared back in account the very next day not the usual 5-7 day wait hence a boost up to 3 stars from 1 star as they still have issues with the call centre managers never returning calls
