Ordered a full Minnie Mouse outfit for daughters birthday last month it arrived in a box which can be coloured in whoever packed it made the packing paper look like 2 giant roses - ended up sealing it up so the birthday girl can open the box - no wrapping paper needed It arrived in just over a week which is fine with the whole Covid issues Hermes driver didn t knock on door and put it in the green bin But that s Hermes for you I would mark him down separately Received an email from shop Disney to say it s processed and then Dispatched email too Cannot fault them Have bought from them for a couple years now always get amazing service Whoever looks after their social media replies is also awesome - last time the wrong Moana arrived they messaged back with this is what happens when you put HeiHei in charge of the warehouse which made us chuckle Would highly recommend them

After reading so many terrible reviews I wasn t expecting much Order came early everything was there and all undamaged well packaged too I had great service from this company

I ve ordered a Frozen castle and it arrived when they said it will It took two weeks but I knew that when I ve ordered it I ve got an email saying it will be late but it was only one day and I was ok with it The toy is beautiful and my little girl will be very happy with it

Brilliant fast service I made 6 orders whilst there was a brilliant discount code going around I was told they would probably be cancelled but my orders were dispatched and are on their way to me absolutely buzzing hundreds of pounds worth of stuff for a few pounds delivery on each order made my Christmas

I ordered a Thanos mug and a Groot Mug as Christmas presents but they never came in time This was not the fault of Disney but Hermes as Disney shipped the order very fast I phoned the contact centre and they were extremely helpful and said Hermes had delivered incorrectly and the person on the phone set an investigation A few online chats later and I find out that Hermes have lost my order Vivian on the live chat was extremely helpful and apologised and free of charge replacements were ordered She also changed the shipment option for free too from clock and collect to house delivery Im disappointed with the reviews as the Disney Store customer service is impeccable

I have been shopping with Disney for many years and I have had nothing but brilliant service from them I have had a couple of issues with regards to delivery in the past but every time I have contacted customer service they have been nothing but helpful They are always quick and efficient with any emails I have sent All the team I have spoke to have been polite and understanding Overall always a magical experience

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish over 3 weeks for delivery Due to late arrival i missed my sons birthday so then have gone through the pain of returning and trying to get a refund I shipped the item back using their service which arrived within 3 days i am now 3 weeks on and still waiting for the refund payment I have managed to get through to their customer service nut just get brushed off and told i need to wait a few more days for the refund never again

I don t know what s happened to shop disney lately but I won t be using them anymore I have been a regular customer for years but the last few months things have changed for the worse Placed an order on 7 11 and still not received it Shows as processing online and that hasn t changed since placing the order Delivery is an absolute joke at the moment that and them randomly cancelling orders with no explanation Shocking service

Ordered with a 1 week expected date 10 days later it still hasn t been shipped I rang customer service and got some bull about an ongoing problem and when I said oh so expected delivery idls if you feel like it the assistant said yeah pretty much I haven t normally had any issues but I find it hard to believe it takes 10 days to put 3 items in a box and add a postage label

Absolutley awful experience with shop Disney Ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts on Black Friday using some great discount codes I only receive half the order 2 weeks later even though I paid 3 99 for delivery I ring up and they say don t worry the other half will be coming on Friday Friday comes and goes without any communication so I go onto the website this morning and Disney have cancelled the second half of the order with no communication I spend 45 mins on hold to Disney help line and they said it s been cancelled and there s nothing more they can do apart from give me a free delivery code They can t honour the prices from Black Friday either Absolutely shocking customer service
