Shopping was quick and easy delivery took a while but it was well packed

i have ordered quite a few things with shop disney for a number of years and never had any issues The big thing which is a pain at the moment is the virtual waiting room but i have managed so far to get what i wanted - touch wood One thing i must stress Disney s huge - sorry massive mistake is getting rid of the actual shops - they will be a massive miss on the high street when the high street is literally empty as it is Not many people can afford to shop on line or even have access Not everyone has the luxury of visiting the actual parks or even get to the nearest shop that is remaining open You are spoiling that little bit of Disney magic for quite a lot of families - which is possibly the only bit of happiness they may even experience it s not the idea of shopping in the actual shop - it s seeing the disney characters all be it in a toy form and the cast members with a lovely smile the films on the screens - its just magical for that 1hr a day that makes it special for someone now it s gone

Excellent products but the boxes they use are really flimsy so the item I ordered arrived damaged It wouldn t take much for them to invest in better packaging to prevent this and avoid disappointing customers

The prices are fair but the delivery is very slow if you want your product immediately then I would recommend finding elsewhere I would say that it is better going in store but due to the current circumstances i would stay at home The website is also quite slow

I must admit I was very uneasy about placing an order with shop disney due to all of the bad reviews however I took a chance and ordered three Disney movies I must say I am pleased with the quick delivery I received my items within a week My only issue was tracking my order I received an order confirmation as well as tracking number but could never seem to track my order at all Just kept saying info unavailable Other than that minor issue no complaints on my end

I have made many orders most of which have been fine However just taken delivery and several items are missing I think they have been stolen in transit as the brown tape on the bottom of the box has been cut an d resealed with clear tape Unfortunately two of the missing items have gone out of stock Disney have refunded for these and are resending the other two But this is so disappointing Please ShopDisney can you make your packaging more tamperproof

Usyally great abd 0 issues Only ever had one bad experience where I returned a 350 item with the return label provided It s now the 3rd of January and after 4 phone calls they re still unable to return my item and refuse to issue a refund or find out where it is So I will be putting in a credit card claim or PayPal claim as I ve fulfilled my obligations and the fact shopdisney uk has 0 desire to do anything constructive is really starting to tick me off They seem to waste no time in taking money but if its returning it they try snd avoid every single thing they can do However the issue was eventually resolved

Order placed on 7th November recieved in 4 seperate parcels First lot of parcels was fast delivery Second ones was a little slower and it was meant to be recieved on the 16th Came on the 17th No emails to say it was split but all arrived

I placed an order on Nov 8th used the toy Tuesday 25 off and also the free delivery code I waited a few days and my order did not progress so I contacted Disney on live chat The cast member apologised and assured me my order would dispatch soon I waited until last Friday 17th and after reading the awful trust pilot reviews I contacted Disney again by live chat This time the cast member informed me I should receive my order around the beginning of the week and said if I had not heard anything by Tuesday to get back in touch I was concerned after checking this page but sure enough on Monday I did receive a dispatch email and I have received my package today Wednesday 22nd Had I paid postage I would be frustrated as I don t think the turnaround is good enough for what they charge hence the 4 stars But just wanted to post this to give others hope regarding their orders

My parcel arrived today It took a full two weeks to come even though on my order confirmation email it said it would take 10 days to arrive Only got my dispatch email yesterday Disney are being slow at the moment due to technical issues but it does say this on the website If you order expect a long wait As long as you order early for when you need it by you should be fine
