Replacement toy

I bought a buzz lightyear toy which sadly stopped working 3 months later I contacted Shopdisney UK via their online form and they emailed me back within 30 minutes letting me know they were sending a replacement next day delivery Very impressed with the speed of response and the lovely message I received

Quick delivery in time for Christmas Product arrived safely packaged and intact especially as some items were very sensitive Great quality and overall the best place to buy from In a world of counterfeits and shady websites when in doubt always go to the original and Disney is no exception Thanks for making the perfect Christmas gift and a happy memory for my daughter

Honestly don t understand where all the bad reviews are coming from Shop here regularly and never had an issue Received a faulty item yesterday emailed them and received a response a few hours later A replacement was sent out the same day and original delivery costs refunded too Can t fault them

Treated myself to a Christmas Spirit Jersey Minnie Ears and Shopping bag My items arrived on time via Evri with no problems used my 15 off code only thing that was annoying was that click and collect wasn t available for my order I will differently order again soon

Normal service has almost fully returned

My previous review dated 19th October 2023 was only 1 star for reasons you can read for yourself While over a month later my complaints have been addressed I was called by a manager at a time of my choosing today They listened carefully and acknowledged all my concerns from late deliveries to ltd edition products not being packed appropriately apologising and taking the time to explain the reasoning behind it related to a move of warehouse and poor IT systems not working as planned after the move The explanation was in-depth and I feel sincere more recent deliveries beginning to resume to their past higher standards

Disney online experience

Ordered last Friday online - a Halloween Mickey Mouse and a darkwing duck I was nervous when I saw the bad reviews on here to do with deliveries Said it was meant to arrive on the 27th October but no dispatch on the date so I contacted them via online chat and they explained that their warehouse is very busy and said it would be with me by today 28th October and it did arrive today Ihave two very happy boys with their new soft toys and had no issues with contacting Disney and happy with the service even with it being a date late

First time ordering

First time ordering so happy with my purchase Placed my order on the 16th November and items arrived 27th November well packaged I noticed the items I purchased were reduced further but I can t complain as they are very good quality Will definitely be back

Reliable and Honest

I ordered from Shop Disney quite a lot of items in the past and they ve all arrived in prestige condition with amazing packaging All the packaging included bubble wraps good quality box and always on time I am not sure about the bad reviews that it tends to get but i consider myself lucky and fortunate that i never had issue with any item whether it be arrival packaging or the quality I still have my 30 LE Kida doll from there and even with all the website discount because nobody was buying her at the time she was still packed up with a lot of care and passion Other items i ve bought also were few dolls and their quality is really good too
