It s a lot easier to write a bad review

After reading all the negative comments I was very dubious about ordering I have nothing but positive feedback for shopDisney I placed an order on Saturday 19th Oct and was given an estimated delivery of Thursday 25th but my parcel arrived this morning Tuesday 23rd No complaints whatsoever Very good shopDisney thank you

Fantastic follow up service

It s a lot easier to write a bad review than a good one I ve been buying from Disney for 5 years now and they ve always been great The deliveries have sometimes been late and the customer service can be a little slow at times but they always do their best to help you out and the products at the end are fantastic If they re not then they help you with that too and have done for me in the past Definitely recommend

Although initially my order was damaged this was the fault of Hermes I believe Following contact to Disney to explain the damaged missing goods they have arranged a replacement no more than a few days following my complaint I would like to thank them for their exceptional follow up service and for the very pleasant email sent by the representative I always use Disney and will continue to do so Thank you Disney

I ve spent around 450 with shopDisney over the last month or so and cannot fault their service at all All my parcels have arrived on time despite the current situation with covid They also have online chat which is really easy to access if you need it I ll continue to buy from shopDisney due to their excellent service

Excellent customer service

I ordered a aristocat toy it didnt arrive after waiting 48 hours after informing them via chat they sent an email saying i could have a refund but to check with neighbours first I did and no item but on chat they issued a refund that day and in bank next day cant praise them enough excelent customer service
