I was so pleased with my order that I placed another order a few days before Christmas for items on sale expecting them to arrive after Christmas However they were delivered in two days before Christmas so I was able to give extra presents Once again highly delighted with everything

After seeing all the negative reviews I was really skeptical about buying something from here I bought a Jackson Storm remote control car for my son at a ridiculously low price thinking - well something can t be right Well how wrong was I the toy came official disney packaging the toy works perfectly and delivery was really quick - I have nothing bad to say

excellent help from Mihaela on Chat today after a parcel wasn t delivered by the courier She was able to attach a note to the delivery to ask them to actually leave it in my designated safe place rather than taking it away again and sending it back thank you shopdisney

Amazed

Placed order on mon including a personalised item When I received the email saying it would be delivered today weds I was concerned that the personalised item would be blank which happened to me last year However I am highly delighted with everything and cannot believe it only took one day for them to dispatch my order and one day to deliver it Well done Disney you certainly worked the magic on my order

The happiest place on earth

It was soo exciting receiving my parcel and seeing a picture of mickey mouse on the outside Opened the box up and the inside was decorated like a comic strip pictures of Disney What a magical touch and I love my WALL-E cup Even though I can t go to Disney right now this certainly made me feel like this is how a Disney experience would be

I have never over many years had any problems with any orders I have placed received Always arrive on time and in good condition yes that s a novelty with Hermes making the delivery and great packaging My advice to anyone when you buy from anyone on line in stores always pay with PayPal or credit card because you then can get help if things go wrong Alarm bells ring in my head if they say we only take cash or debit card NO NO NO You have no come back I have just placed another Disney order PayPal so fingers crossed I get the same service as previously

Best customer service I ve ever had

Best customer service I ve ever had with any company I ordered a replica Cinderella journal and it came very well packed however it was damaged the gems had fallen off and the clasp was faulty I emailed them and they were very quick with their response they sent me a brand new one with next day delivery at no extra cost and let me keep the other this one arrived in mint condition Thank you disney for your excellent customer service

Ordered gifts on the 17th december arrived today 21st December impressed Packed very well and thoughtfully Arrived prior to expected delivery date with Evri Contacted disney store to ask whether likely to arrive before xmas and had a prompt response from customer services Many thanks excellent service

Couldn t fault customer service was fantastic Order Christmas gifts for my little girl when the package arrive it was open and smashed to bits and the driver laughed at me I noticed the princess dress was missing I was gutted as I new this would make her day on Christmas I message Disney and the customer service I received was fantastic offered a refundOr replacement straight away with express delivery Never had a problemWhat so ever thank you so much Saved me buying another one and losing out on money especially while on may leave
