Ordered items for my grandson s birthday placed on 22 11 23 now a part of the order has been delivered 30 11 23 no communication in regards as to where the rest is Small note on invoice saying things could come in different packages created an account to check on status but no information on the website either very poor I d have expected much better from Disney his birthday is on 03 12 23 so doubt it will come on time go to a store if you can I know they will be busy with Black Friday but the lengthy delivery time is unexpected in 2023

I really want to give shopdisney more stars as I m a Disney fan and love the stuff they sell However once you put your order in it s always a gamble as to whether you get it Reason why they use Evri as their delivery partner I have recently fallen foul of shopdisney s partnership with the worst delivery company in the UK when Evri marked my packege as delivered but I never received it Now I m fighting to either get my money back or even better have replaments sent out I really want to continue been a shopdisney customer but until they change their delivery partner I ll think twice

I love Disney but would expect since only London and Dublin shops are in operation in UK IE they d have a good experience for online orders but this doesn t happen I ve ordered probably 10 parcels the last year and all of them take 2 weeks to come they get dispatched 1 week after being ordered they mention express delivery but no matter what address I input this never appears they can t be bothered with it Also sometimes I see something available buy it and then get a cancelation email saying no stock such disappointment Really not good shopping experience even careless I d say

Ordered 2 items on 8th Nov with an estimated delivery date of 16-17 November The first item came on 22nd November and the other on 25th This was after 3 emails 2 of which were blatantly ignored Whilst the products are lovely communication is dire However 5 stars to Amazon for doing their bit and delivering the parcels when they said they would Next time I will just buy the items from Amazon they seem to know what they are doing unlike shopDisney

I purchased a Lego set during their Black Friday sale only to have it canceled a week later Given that I ordered right when the offer started it s evident they lacked sufficient stock On the positive side the free gift with purchase was still sent at no charge In the future I ll opt for purchasing from shop Disney through Amazon to avoid a recurrence

Ordered adult womans original customised Mickey Mouse sweatshirt Ordered pink which looked good on site but when it came instead of Mickeys face being white it is pink same colour as sweatshirt which makes the sweatshirt look like a second Price not cheap and bad point they use Evri Will not buy from them again

Well I can understand the bad reviews as Customer service depends on who you get dealing with your issue I ordered several items some of which were personalised I realised immediately a spelling error but could not contact them until the next morning Was told order had already gone but they would get in touch with the department and it would take a couple of hours to get back to me then got disconnected from the chat So got connected again to a different advisor who amended the order and assured me it would be correct which indeed it was when it arrived However another item was missing the personalisation I had to send a photo but they then said they could not replace it as the item was out of stock and they could only refund for the item After much discussion I asked if they could replace it when they came back in stock Eventually they told me to contact them again when it was back in stock I had to look everyday When it did come back in stock I contacted them immediately and they agreed to send me one I was concerned as a couple of hours later it was out of stock again Thankfully it has arrived and I am grateful and pleased with everything I ordered but I must admit Customer service is very hit and miss when things go wrong

It arrived quickly within 6 days despite the current pandemic BUT my box was open already and the packaging was squished on my baby yoda

Part of our order was out of stock which we only found out when we opened the package We received an invoice a few days later telling us Not a great system

Happy with the products but christmas ruined due to arriving in packaging plastered with disney and no option of plain packaging Have a clue disney
