Great when they offer free delivery over 50 but their variety of Star Wars stock is disappointingly small particularly with Black Series figures which seems really odd from the franchise owner They occasionally stock the odd wave of figures and then miss out most of the subsequent releases However when they do stock Black Series they re normally priced at 19 99 which is very competitive and their can be additional off promotions off on top of that which is pretty good I found their returns process to be really easy as I have a collection drop-off point for their courier very close to my home

My order arrived in a box that had definitely been tampered with and opened Luckily my order was still all there They didn t like what they found Maybe The Disney store should send orders in plain boxes Not ones advertising the contents are full of Disney stuff Still waiting for tee shirts I ordered aswell

I love Disney I always have but they use UPS - in short don t expect your stuff to arrive on time no matter what it shows as delivery date They will just change it without any communication to the buyer even if you sign up to receive communications It s true that UPS are the main offenders here but it s Disney s choice to use them - fedex is the way to go Snail mail even would have been much faster

I put an order in on 1 12 2022 for 2 soft toys for my autistic children it was advertised as dispatched on 3 12 2022 delivery no later than the 8 12 this date has come and gone now nobody will reply by email the delivery company evri haven t recieved it and told me to speak to customer services at disney again an email with no reply even complaints email at disney is reverting to the email I have tried several times I have always purchased from Disney at Christmas now I m beginning to think this is a mistake UPDATE Customer services have sorted a replacement and has sent express delivery at their expense also refunded my original postage thankyou disney

UPDATE Your returns evri portal is still broken it has been broken for weeks I and multiple people have sent multiple emails about this but it still is not fixed Evri Shopdisney intelligent returns Original review Upset with the falling levels of service recently UK10126406 UK10110719In 2 orders 1 on my main account under jlc75345 yahoo com and 1 on a guest account because the checkout kept crashing on their website I returned 1 product from each of these orders using the free returns labels but neither got refunded Had to spend weeks chasing back the money trying to get hold of customer service and trying to get refunds Finally after a lot of stress and my son crying about his money potentially being stolen by Disney I got the money back Never had these types of problems before with them I would also think that there would be some sort of loyalty reward scheme If you look through my order history I ve spent thousands of pounds with this company But nothing And when trying to contact support I did not get the adequate service Rather off-putting to use them again In ShopDisney USA they have a Disney rewards credit card but they don t have it over here Would be great if they did but after my experiences I m not sure if I want to use them again They also need to package some of their goods better for example the Krykna Spider Creature Star Wars The Mandalorian Galaxy s Edge I ve ordered about 9 of these things now in different orders and 4 of them have arrived damaged No protective packaging for the legs Just rattling around in a giant box And they get delivered by Hermes which says it all Giving them 3 stars not 1 due to their good range of products

I am a huge Disney fan I visit their parks as an adult with no children regularly and what I love is their attention to detail everything is made so special and the service is usually always top notch bar the odd occasion I have never shopped online at shopdisney until this past week and I have to say whilst the products I received are excellent the service just felt very lacklustre for Disney My order was split into 2 deliveries which arrived at different times despite paying for express shipping There was no note of this on the site or in my order confirmation Part of my order was clothing and it arrived with no protection just shoved into a plastic mailing bag I m all for reducing unnecessary packaging especially plastic but this just felt cheap and not very Disney and there are ways to incorporate eco friendly packaging whilst staying on brand In all fairness it definitely wasn t the worst experience but it took the shine off Disney and I think I ll wait until I m next in one of the parks or visit a physical Disney Store to buy any more merchandise

Purchased a limited edition Hocus Pocus doll and received a free Raya the last dragon doll that was selling for 17 at the time in store I d say it is worth 10 you cant complain about free Website is a wee bit slow and the layout does not make good use of space They do have a wishlist option so you can add items for future saves Disney uses a fancy inner printed logo box which looks pretty when opened but sadly is so thin Sadly they use Hermes as the only delivery option and the outer box was crushed with a hole on the bottom corner The limited edition doll was still factory sealed inside another brown box so thankfully the items were fine inside Items are as described and will be a wonderful display item The free doll will be give to my little one for her to play with

I ordered a Mickey Minnie Lego set and it arrived when it said it would Unfortunately the packaging for the item was far too big and flimsy and arrived opened to see the item inside Luckily the actual item was in pristine condition so no replacement was needed

Love ordering from ShopDisneyUK I must admit they do have issues with shipping but I think they are getting unfair criticism when the blame is on Hermes as thats who deliver the parcels Quality control seems to be a bit of an issue also so that definitely needs to be improved and looked at Otherwise lovely products easy to navigate website customer service friendly and good prices

You get the things you order however their stock is dreadful They have very few larger items and only ever up to 2xl and they only ever seem to have 5 2xl versions that sell out extremely fast This is ridiculous and needs to change I was waiting for a top to come into stock and literally within an hour of it being released it had already sold out of the larger sizes Definitely not happy
